Assistant to the Service Manager – Adrenaline Harley-Davidson

Adrenaline Harley-Davidson is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and career-minded individual to support our Service Manager in the fast-paced, high-energy environment of a premier motorcycle dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations
- Answer and return phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly and professionally
- Greet customers, write service repair orders, and provide updates on repair timelines
- Cash out customers and handle payments accurately
- Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow for technicians
- Maintain customer records and follow up on open service tickets
- Communicate with parts department to ensure timely job completion
- Assist with warranty submissions and internal repair orders
- Help ensure service department cleanliness and organization
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a true support role with leadership potential Ideal Candidate:
- Has strong communication and organizational skills

- Is reliable, punctual, and committed to professional growth
- Stays calm under pressure and adapts quickly
- Comfortable with basic computer programs and dealership software (we’ll train the right person)
- Prior experience in service writing, automotive or powersports is a plus—but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
