Aon is in the business of better decisions:
- Lead and manage the delivery of several different projects for our clients, including but not limited to PBM procurements, strategic consulting, market check negotiations and responding to general pharmacy related questions
- Support potential sales opportunities both for new logos as well as the expansion of services for existing clients
- Manage work to the scope of services selected by the client
- Consultant will be client-facing with a mix of assignments in terms of client size, industry and projects
- Interaction with PBM teams to advocate on our clients’ behalf
- Interaction with account executives at Aon who may need support for their clients
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- 5+ years of Pharmacy benefit experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral presentation skills.
- Ability to manage expectations
- Ability to run projects independently
- Manage/oversee large unique groups (may be direct or coalition)
- Experience running RFPs and Contract negotiations

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $110,000 to $170,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Illinois. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
