Location: Kansas City – Barry Road
Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour + Monthly Bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday 10am–7pm | Saturday 10am–5pm | Closed Sundays & Major Holidays

We’re currently looking for a career-minded Assistant Manager to join our Barry Road team. If you’re a natural leader with a love for retail and a heart for service, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures
- Lead by example and inspire your team to meet sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of retail experience as a Key Holder or in a similar leadership role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A passion for helping others and a positive, team-first attitude
- Experience in apparel retail is a big plus!
