As the Fact & Fiction Associate Account Manager, you are the heartbeat behind the day-to-day success of the agency. You're able to help drive the creative process forward by ensuring client and internal meetings are set, follow-ups are completed, and deadlines are met while beginning to build positive working relationships with clients and agency staff. You thrive in a team-oriented setting and are always looking to learn and grow. You love collaboration and always find a way to advocate what's best for the client. Ultimately, you're the tie that binds business, relationships and outcomes, and you take incredible pride in the collective impact we make for our clients.
We are open to candidates within commuting distance to Boulder or Kansas City, excited about collaborating in person two days per week in a hybrid working environment. We are not open to 100% remote candidates.
Day in the Life
- Assist with day-to-day operations and communications for Fact & Fiction's agency projects under the guidance of the Account Manager
- Learn to operate with excellence in a fast-paced environment
- Support research into client's business needs, industry and competition
- Assist in facilitating collaboration across disciplines within Fact & Fiction
- Work closely with Project Management to track project details and help ensure delivery of work that is on-brief, on-schedule and on-budget
- Help prepare materials for client meetings including status updates and presentations of Fact & Fiction's work
- Support clear and comprehensive communication, including taking meeting notes and distributing them to clients and agency partners as appropriate
- Assist in drafting scope documents and identifying opportunities for agency growth
- Support the account team in preparing billing documentation and monthly financial tracking
- Help initiate projects within Fact & Fiction by ensuring briefs, tasks and direction to the agency team are clear and detailed
- Contribute to the development of brand and business strategy by participating in planning discussions and conducting background research
- Coordinate and support agency client meetings including weekly client status and Creative Reviews
- Draft meeting recap notes and distribute to client and internal teams
Here's what you need to get our attention
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Communication or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years experience in digital marketing or advertising, bonus points for content experience
- Ability to travel (up to 10%)

Base Salary: $45k-$55k DOE
