Associate Attorney-St. Louis
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Job description:
RDDHI, L.L.C., (Rasmussen Dickey Dioszeghy Henry Ijei) is looking for an associate attorney with 2-7 years of experience in civil litigation to join our firm in St. Louis. The successful applicant will have opportunities for immediate deposition and trial practice experience. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as part of the larger trial team, manage and prioritize multiple projects, manage a large docket of cases, and display exceptional legal writing and communication skills.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Researching cases by interviewing witnesses
- Taking and defending depositions
- Preparing motions and pleadings
- Reviewing evidence to develop client defenses
- Analyzing pleadings and discovery
- Working as part of a trial team and with partner attorney
- Developing trial strategy
- Appearing in court for dockets, trials, etc.
- Traveling as required for court appearances and depositions

License/Certification:
- Admittance to the bar in Missouri Bar is required; additional valid licenses for Illinois and/or Kansas preferred
