Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. This remote position is ideal for candidates with strong litigation and legal research skills who are looking to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage legal matters related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, or litigation.
- Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
- Attend hearings, trials, and mediations as needed.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina or South Carolina.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload independently.
Preferred:
- Experience in real estate, foreclosure, or consumer finance law.
- Multi-jurisdictional licensure is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,048.00 - $85,356.00 per year
