Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: Permanent / Fulltime / Direct-Hire
Description:
- Seeking an Associate Attorney with a passion for estate planning.
- This position will be involved in all phases of estate planning—from initial consultations through document drafting and signing meetings.
- Candidate will also assist with trust administration, conservatorship, and probate matters as needed.
- Meet with clients for consultations and follow-ups.
- Draft comprehensive estate planning documents.
- Conduct document review sessions and oversee client signings.
- Help manage trust administration, probate, and conservatorship cases.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records and communication.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of estate planning experience preferred.
- Member in good standing with the California Bar.
- Strong listening, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, approachable demeanor and a high degree of empathy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
- Experience with WealthCounsel, LexisNexis, and Abacus Law, a plus.
