Monticello Firm Seeking Civil and Business Law Associate
Smith, Paulson, O’Donnell & Erickson is a growing general practice firm in Monticello, MN, that is looking for a full-time associate attorney with a required minimum of 1-3 years of experience in civil and business litigation law. The desired candidate will have:
· Ability to self-start and a commitment to providing superior service to clients.
· Minnesota civil and business litigation experience that includes handling all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution.
· Consistently produces quality work product.
· Preference for working in a team-based environment.
· Worker’s Comp experience is a plus.
