The Role
The Associate Client Advocate (ACA) is responsible for client-facing tasks and managing the day-to-day needs of Commercial Property and Casualty clients. ACAs work with Producers and Client Advocates to support relationships, develop placement strategies with brokers, and execute insurance programs. They lead client service activities in partnership with a Client Specialist from our Global Service Delivery (GSD) Team, whom they also manage and mentor. As the primary contact for service, escalation, and placement needs, the ACA develops a strong understanding of each client’s business and industry to maximize program efficiencies. The role is centered on delivering an excellent client experience, while also working with leadership and broking teams to track market changes, prepare client proposals, and participate in key client meetings.

The Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a moderately complex book of business, strengthening client relationships and ensuring retention
- Coordinate WTW resources to deliver exceptional client service and strategic risk management advice
- Monitor client insurance needs, recommend solutions throughout the policy term, and support acquisition due diligence
- Ensure all policy requirements (legal, regulatory, and compliance) are met.
- Gather and receive all client information in collaboration with the Client Specialist.
- Oversee all service delivery activities, including audits, policy reviews, resolving accounting issues, managing aged receivables and bad debt, surplus lines affidavits, client invoicing, and issuance of certificates of insurance and auto identification cards.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- 5–7 years of client-facing Commercial P&C insurance experience required
- Active P&C broker license with continuing education
- Healthcare industry expertise (e.g., Medical Malpractice, Hospital Liability) preferred
- Strong knowledge of coverage forms, renewal processes, and program design
- Excellent communication skills, including presentations and technical discussions
- Proven ability to manage work, mentor colleagues, and collaborate across business lines
- Adaptable, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in project management, supporting large and complex client initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools
