Learn more about what makes us different and how you can make your mark as an Associate Client Manager at MMA.

With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).

A day in the life.

As an Associate Client Manager on our Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll provide client service by resolving claims, billing, and eligibility issues. You'll work collaboratively with the Strategic team on larger accounts, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met and service issues are addressed promptly. You'll also support the development of client benefit packages and marketing strategies.

Your routine tasks include coordinating with the Client Manager, Strategic, and Consultants on client strategies, maintaining project trackers, and building positive relationships with HR, Benefits, and Payroll. You'll run benchmarking reports, ensure accurate data entry, and guide support teams in preparing coverage proposals, including cost and benefit analyses.

You'll assist with preparing client presentations, formatting agendas, and handling some content and printing. Additionally, you'll request and review plan documents and contracts from carriers, saving these in the client folder and working with Compliance as needed.

You’ll gather necessary documents like census data, risk forms, and invoices for RFPs, and with guidance, complete RFP forms to initiate the process. Lastly, you'll help coordinate or prepare materials for Open Enrollment.

Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days

We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. Don’t be shy. If you’re close, we’d be very interested in meeting you.
