Washington Metro Dental is a modern, patient-centered dental practice in the heart of downtown D.C., built on clinical integrity, team synergy, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care. We are currently seeking a versatile and committed Associate Dentist who is excited to work in a collaborative environment and is also open to providing dental hygiene services as needed.
This unique hybrid position is ideal for a dentist who values teamwork, adaptability, and wants to make a meaningful difference in both restorative and preventive care.
Position Details
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Arrival: 7:30 AM for daily huddles and prep
- Full-time preferred
Compensation:
- Daily guarantee and/or production-based compensation (based on experience and fit)
- Hygiene procedures

Your Role
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to a diverse patient population
- Step into hygiene duties when needed to support patient flow and continuity of care
- Collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
- Maintain high standards for patient care, documentation, and clinical compliance
- Educate patients on both restorative and preventive care options
Who We’re Looking For
- DDS/DMD degree with active or pending D.C. license
- Comfortable with or open to performing hygiene procedures when needed
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
