In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting our sales team and clients with bringing their vision to fruition, reporting to the Customs Manager and based at our headquarters in Fairfield, NJ 3 days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
Artwork Development
- Champion the full lifecycle of custom artwork—from initial spark to flawless production
- Design captivating murals and tailored wallcoverings that embody client dreams and elevate brand storytelling
- Refine templates and repeat systems to enhance visual continuity and production elegance
- Create pixel-perfect digital files engineered for print brilliance and seamless installation
- Pioneer creative solutions for complex layouts, paneling, and architectural challenges
- Share knowledge to elevate team craft and cultivate digital artwork best practices
- Collaborate with the Design team to shape seasonal narratives and product direction
Client & Sales Liaison
- Lead creative discovery for premium custom requests—translating visions into refined, executable designs
- Balance avant-garde artistry with manufacturing know-how to produce exquisite, on-brand solutions
- Deliver bespoke design proposals that spark client delight and drive revenue
- Orchestrate timelines and feedback loops to ensure smooth, high-touch project execution
- Transform sales insights into strategic design enhancements and trend-forward inspiration
- Provide clear, timely documentation that strengthens client and sales collaboration
- Contribute to Sales enablement tools and training that elevate client experiences
Item Setup
- Ensure impeccable accuracy in item setup and production-ready file delivery for every custom launch
- Optimize workflows to minimize friction, reduce support bottlenecks, and elevate consistency
- Anticipate and resolve file formatting issues before they impact production timelines
Strike-Off Development
- Own the strike-off lifecycle—from prepress prep to color correction and vendor coordination
- Manage key milestones with precision to meet critical launch and delivery dates
- Partner with Quality and Manufacturing teams to uphold brand color integrity and craftsmanship
Reporting & Analysis
- Develop visual dashboards and reports that track custom design volume, turnaround, and trends
- Transform artwork data into actionable insights that drive system refinements and creative strategy
- Identify emerging patterns to inform responsive design solutions and process enhancements
- Present data-rich narratives to leadership that influence planning and innovation roadmaps
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a design-focused role
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with AVA CAD/CAM is a bonus
- Passion for digital art and an eye for sophisticated detail

Your Compensation Journey
- Competitive salary wage ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, based on your experience and technical expertise
