The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AmpScript, and Adobe Creative Cloud Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey building and Distributed Marketing and other marketing automation platforms
Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM or CRMs data
Ability to understand system architecture and platform capabilities
Develop and maintain dynamic email content
Audit and perform quality assurance on electronic communications to ensure flawless delivery, including peer and team design reviews
Support and monitor email communications in production, troubleshoot technical issues, and make modifications as necessary to ensure communication accuracy
Test, optimize and debug email content for deliverability and rendering
Ability to analyze problems and devise practical solutions
Ability to effectively collaborate across the Marketing team and with business partners
Integrity and purpose with a strong sense of accountability owning successes and failures
Exceptional organizational skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing or re-prioritizing, and using outstanding judgement in engaging collaborators and senior resources

The Team
The Email Strategy & Operations team is part of the Fidelity Institutional (FI) & Asset Management Marketing Digital Engagement team with a focus on delivering industry leading client experiences through our digital channel innovation. We are focused on keeping clients and prospects engaged with our content and building positive brand recognition. We are committed to building a team culture where individuals can grow and flourish.
The base salary range for this position is $67,000-$105,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
