The Inbound Marketing team is seeking an Associate Inbound Leads Specialist who will be responsible for qualifying and assigning leads from all markets and channels. The research and qualification process includes ensuring that accurate company and contact information is provided to the Sales team via Salesforce.com. The individual will work hand-in-hand with the Sales team leaders to gain their feedback on the quality of the leads.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the leads inbox and distribute leads in a timely manner to the appropriate sales reps based on qualification and assignment rules
- Create/update account and contact information as needed in Salesforce
- Research pertinent company information to further qualify leads
- Assign leads to marketing campaigns in Salesforce for revenue tracking
- Cleanse, match, upload and distribute leads generated from our webinars and events using the Commercial Salesforce Instance Qualify and uncover prospect leads using internal and third-party databases
Job Qualifications:
- CRM experience – Salesforce.com or similar
- Microsoft Office Suite experience – Excel, Word, and Access (plus, but not required)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and decision making skills
- Self- starter wit the ability to work independently and function as part of a team
- Strongly customer-focused with a sense of urgency Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via email
