Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing direct support through various therapeutic modalities, including behavioral therapy. This role involves working with diverse populations to promote mental health and well-being. The Psychotherapist will be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and documentation while adhering to medical terminology standards.
Duties
- Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions to clients of varying ages, focusing on their specific mental health needs.
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their therapeutic goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including inpatient settings when necessary.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices and special education strategies to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Associate level clinicians require a supervisor to be able to work. This can be provided at a lower rate by Clinical Director.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field with appropriate licensure.
- Experience in direct support roles, particularly within pediatric or geriatric populations.
- Proficient understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Familiarity with inpatient care settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines in therapy.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
