Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain various types of reports (e.g., ad hoc, standard, trend) to support management decision making processes.
- Create and manage reporting documentation (i.e., user guides, instructions).
- Assist in developing process improvements and solutions to enhance business performance.
- Provide project support as assigned by department leadership.
- Interface with all levels of management within the corporation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years’ experience in report writing/data analysis required; healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial statements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
