Job Description
- Lab-based role focused on iPSC cell culture techniques, media preparation, and cell-based assays.
- Execute iPSC differentiation.
- Contribute to flow cytometry studies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of scientific work in an electronic notebook.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- B.S. in biological or biochemical sciences (or a related field) with 3-4 years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Hands-on experience with iPSC differentiation protocols.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques, including pipetting and making solutions.
- Strong commitment to aseptic technique.
- Strong organizational, time management, and troubleshooting abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with flow cytometry.
- Familiarity with electronic lab notebook (ELN) documentation.
- Proficiency in using GraphPad Prism for data analysis.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends (up to four weekend days per month). Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Boston, MA are encouraged to apply.
