What We’re Looking For:
- A DVM/VMD who shares our values of compassion, honesty, and individualized care.
- Strong communicator who thrives on building relationships with clients and teammates.
- Competent in general medicine and surgery—or excited to grow your skills with mentorship.
- Comfortable with (or open to learning) spectrum of care principles in a high-trust, low-drama environment.
- Full or part-time. Open to anything from one to four days per week. No on-call, no weekends.
- Must be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Washington State or be willing to obtain licensure prior to employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 9 – 36 per week
