Assistant Managers shall be capable of running shifts in the absence of the manager. Duties include taking customer orders and executing them quickly and accurately; food preparations such as dough, sauce and toppings; maintaining a clean work environment; training new employees; maintaining proper inventories and scheduling; cash controls.
Applicants should have experience in food service and be able to excel in a fast paced environment. Pay based on experience with frequent raises and performance bonuses available.
