Our AT&T Retail Sales Association team helps craft unique marketing & sales campaigns that resonate with both our clients' brands and their audiences. We focus on in-store retail events and personalized experiences. This helps to create meaningful connections to bridge the gap between our clients' brand and their customers. Our direct and creative approach ensures higher customer retention for our clients because it has been proven to increase trust and brand loyalty.
As a Brand Sales Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact between our clients and customers. You'll be responsible for guiding customers through client offerings and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Retail Sales Associate:
- Help drive sales revenue by pinpointing, engaging, and developing sales leads through targeted marketing efforts (based out of various retail locations).
- Help customers navigate the enrollment process, providing clear and accurate information & instructions.
- Professionally address any customer questions or concerns, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- As a Brand Sales Associate, you’ll work with the internal marketing & sales team to stay current on industry trends, company products, services, and policies, and improve strategies.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships that foster trust and loyalty to the client's brand.
- Participate in team meetings to track progress toward sales goals and remain compliant with client standards and guidelines.
Qualifications of the AT&T Retail Sales Associate Role:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or marketing is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, or other customer-facing roles.
- Must have a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to maintain a solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor are needed.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
