As an AT&T Sales Advisor, the role will involve acting as a direct point of contact with customers to ensure seamless communication on products and services available to them. The AT&T Sales Advisor will be responsible for tending to the needs of all customer inquiries and proactively looking for solutions before issues arise. Core Responsibilities for our AT&T Sales Advisor:
- Inform & educate consumers through direct engagements about AT&T services and any eligible programs
- Utilize negotiation skills taught by senior AT&T Sales Assistants to handle all questions, comments, and concerns from the customer
- Build rapport with existing and new clientele to increase customer retention
- Utilize sales techniques to effectively present service plans
- Track and record with the AT&T Sales Advisor team customer account information, territory research, and market trends to provide a better understanding and overall experience to the customers
- Work with the AT&T Sales Advisor team to guarantee a streamlined process in the product rollout and ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm while satisfying and exceeding sales goals
Qualifications for the AT&T Sales Advisor
- Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
