We are seeking an AT&T Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of building strong, long-lasting relationships with businesses and customers while driving sales for one of the nation's leading telecommunications brands!
As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will represent AT&T and have an integral position in driving and delivering personalized business experiences. The AT&T Sales Representative will work with customers to understand their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and assist in the sales process to maximize the customer experience and business environments.
AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Work with business and business partners to understand the needs that they have to improve their business functions such as internet speeds, business land lines, and employee wireless devices
- Learn the products that AT&T offers to be able to advise customers on best service recommendations as well as product budgets
- Educate businesses on the about the benefits of AT&T services and highlight the service offerings
- Assist in customer account management, including processing sales transactions, setting up new accounts, and resolving customer questions/concerns
- Create, maintain, and expand customer relationships to build brand awareness
- As the AT&T Sales Representative, stay up to date regarding industry trends, product knowledge, and changes to better serve customers, businesses and increase sales opportunities
Qualifications for an AT&T Sales Representative:
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Highly interested in working in the tech field or in the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work with customers and business owners
- Ability to be quick on your feet to resolve customer concerns or complaints
- Goal-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new challenges
- Reliable transportation to the office and local businesses

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
