We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic AT&T Sales Trainee to join our dynamic team. As a AT&T Sales Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship, equipping you with the knowledge and experience needed to excel in a retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Support the team in achieving sales goals through effective communication and teamwork.
- Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Uphold store standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
- Experience using POS systems is advantageous.
