We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. Duties
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock to optimize sales.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and develop strategies for improving store performance.
- Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift management.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees while fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement promotional strategies that drive sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in inventory management practices and retail math.
- Experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Familiarity with recruiting processes and employee development is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
