We are seeking a skilled <strong>Attorney</strong> to join our litigation team in the heart of the legal landscape. This role is an excellent way to get litigation and court room experience to advancing our clients' interests through effective litigation strategies and comprehensive legal counsel.
<strong>Responsibilities</strong>
- Represent clients in court and during negotiations
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case documentation
- Develop litigation strategies tailored to each case
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and contracts
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance case outcomes
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- <strong>Qualifications</strong>
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of NY/NJ. [*Multiple Jurisdictions a plus*]
- Proven experience in litigation or related fields
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to advocate for clients effectively
- Excellent research, writing, and legal drafting abilities
- Familiarity with Westlaw and LexisNexis is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
