What You’ll Do:
As a Litigation Attorney, you’ll play a key role in our legal operations by:
- Drafting and filing motions, appeals, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Conducting regular court appearances (in-person and virtual) throughout New York
- Preparing for arbitrations, hearings, and trials
- Managing your own caseload from inception through resolution
- Maintaining client relationships and offering sound legal guidance
- Utilizing legal research tools like Lexis AI to strengthen your cases
What You Bring:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in New York State
- 0–5 years of litigation experience (recent grads welcome!)
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Trial or arbitration experience (a plus)
- A team mindset with a passion for client service and problem-solving
