What You'll Do:
As the Attorney Liaison, you’ll be the primary point of contact for attorneys, ensuring smooth communication and that all legal requirements are met. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining strong attorney relationships: Be the face of the company for attorneys, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Managing case-related documentation: Organize and track medical records and case files to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensuring compliance: Make sure all medical information and documentation meet the required legal standards.
- Anticipating attorney needs: Proactively identify and address any needs or issues that may arise, ensuring attorney satisfaction.
- Tracking case progress: Monitor case developments and provide timely updates to attorneys.
- Supporting legal processes: Assist in negotiating settlements and legal agreements.
- 3–5 years of medical or legal liaison experience: Previous experience handling legal documentation and collaborating with attorneys.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills: The ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with legal teams while ensuring compliance.
- Highly organized: You must be able to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and legal requirements simultaneously.
- Medical field experience: Understanding of medical terminology, documentation, and compliance is highly preferred.
- Problem-solving abilities: You’ll need to address and resolve any issues efficiently to maintain strong attorney relationships.
