Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Audiologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic audiology, with experience in hearing aids, tinnitus management, and a comprehensive understanding of best practices in private practice. This role involves conducting diagnostic evaluations, providing patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal hearing health for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine the nature and extent of hearing loss.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, including fitting and dispensing hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss, treatment options, and ongoing care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with medical terminology and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with outside healthcare providers to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing patient appointments, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- Engage in customer service excellence by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in sales activities related to audiology products while maintaining ethical standards.
Experience
- A Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) is required.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Leadership experience within a clinical setting is beneficial for team collaboration and mentorship opportunities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
