Hourly rate: OPEN (w2 or c2c)
Overview:
Seeking a skilled & experienced Audiovisual Professional for On-Site support role managing projects, vendor relationships, & ensuring timely delivery of conference & collaboration space projects. Involved in successful execution of audiovisual projects ranging from installations to upgrades & maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead & oversee audiovisual projects from planning to completion.
- Develop project plans & timelines.
- Assign tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress & make work with team for any adjustments needed.

Vendor Management:
- Maintain existing relationships & establish new vendor relationships.
- Coordinate vendor activities to align with project requirements.

Technical Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of audiovisual systems, equipment, & technologies.
- Provide technical guidance & support to program teams.
- Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues that may arise during installations or upgrades.
- Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues in collaboration & conference spaces.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all audiovisual installations & setups meet Raytheon standards, industry standards, & program specifications.
- Conduct through testing & quality checks before project completion.
- Address any deficiencies promptly to maintain high-quality standards.

Client Communication:
- Maintain communication with clients & partners.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering services & solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Receive client feedback & pass up for implementation into service offerings.

Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledge of AV Equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, & video conferencing systems.
- Troubleshooting skills to diagnose & fix technical issues quickly.
- Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, QSC, & Poly Audiovisual equipment.
