Qualifications
- Bachelors, Post Baccalaureate, or Master's degree in Accounting from an accredited University
- CPA license preferred
- 4+ years of public accounting experience (or equivalent)
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software programs, with a particular focus on Word and Excel
- Experience with CCH Axcess and CaseWare softwares, preferred
- Proven experience leading teams
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
- Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations
- Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments, and technical authorities and apply them to moderately complex situations
- Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude and by maintaining the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships and related work product
- Look for opportunities to provide additional services to clients
- Develop relationships with client's staff and management
