Come join us in our brand new clinic space! Inclusive Therapies is hiring for Autism Case Managers in Castro Valley. We offer a 4-day work week and work remote Fridays for everyone. We provide paid new hire training and monthly all staff meetings, in a positive, supportive atmosphere. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and dedicated people to work with children and youth here in the East Bay.
Autism Case Manager
The Autism Case Manager (ACM) role is the foundation of the behavioral team. This person is responsible for the implementation of behavioral programs and protocols and administrative support. They are directly supervised by Clinical Specialists and BCBA’s.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work Directly with clients in our clinic
- Enter data and update administrative reports
- Attend scheduled meetings

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum High School diploma or GED; or B.A. in Child Development, Psychology, Sociology, Education or other related field Minimum of six months working with children - special needs experience preferred, but not required Ability to provide and/or obtain negative TB test results and up-to-date immunization records Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry objects weighing a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds. Ability to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting (Live Scan)
Compensation: $22-$27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
