Inspire Home and Health is a growing, therapist-founded organization dedicated to providing meaningful support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We're currently seeking Community Participation Specialists/Autism Professionals who are passionate about helping others live fulfilling, independent lives in their homes and communities.

Position Summary
You will work with adults with autism and intellectual disabilities in a variety of settings, including homes, job sites, volunteer organizations, and the community. You will assist clients with skill-building, job coaching, social development, and achieving independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with independent living skills: cooking, budgeting, navigating the community, etc.
- Assist with job coaching and identifying meaningful volunteer opportunities.
- Help clients develop social skills and make lasting friendships.
- Plan and facilitate engaging, individualized learning activities.
- Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and techniques.
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and professionals (e.g., therapists).
- Foster inclusion and promote independence in all activities.
- Document client progress and adjust support plans as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to be creative, proactive, and flexible in different environments.
- Passionate about helping others reach their goals and integrate into their communities.
- Willingness to complete required state and autism-specific training within the first month of hire.
