Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and quality body repairs on a variety of makes and models
- Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition in accordance with OEM standards
- Collaborate with team members, estimators, and painters to ensure smooth workflow
- Document repairs and communicate clearly with team leads and service advisors
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in auto body repair preferred
- I-CAR or OEM certifications are a plus (but not required—we’ll help you get there!)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
