Responsibilities:
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards and client requests.
- Operate buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
- Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
- Perform inspections and keep complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
- Move and park vehicles, deliver them to the correct locations, or pick up owners/drivers if needed.
- Manage inventory and reorder supplies.
- Respond to client inquiries and fulfill their requests.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Successful completion of automotive service tech or other relevant training programs.
- Prior detailing experience preferred.
- Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (walking, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods).
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold service quality standards.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
