With our humble beginnings in our president, James “Tiny” Brown’s home garage, Tiny & Sons Glass has grown to become one of Massachusetts’ most recognized glass replacement and repair shops. As we continue to grow Tiny and Sons is continuing to look for hard-working, courteous and attentive Auto Glass Technicians.
Currently we are looking to bring on multiple individuals with prior experience in the auto glass industry to deal with our increased workload. While we would prefer candidates with 3+ years of experience we will review each application individually, considering industry experience (2+ years minimum), knowledge, competency and professional references.

Job Description
- Perform Auto Glass Installations: Safely and efficiently remove and install windshields, side windows, back glass, and sunroofs across various vehicle makes and models.
- Conduct Glass Repairs: Assess damage to auto glass, and if appropriate perform repairs, such as chip and crack repairs, to maintain the structural integrity of the customers glass in lieu of replacement.
- Drive to Customer Locations: Safely drive the Tiny & Sons company van to customer locations, from private homes to professional dealerships and body shops, to perform on-site auto glass repairs and installations, adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines.
- Expectation of Professionalism: Communicate effectively and courteously with customers, providing estimates, explaining repair or installation processes, and addressing any customer concerns. Conduct all interactions with a standard of customer service befitting the Tiny & Sons name.
- Uphold Safety Standards: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper handling of tools, glass and chemicals, to ensure a safe working environment. The safety of our team is a top priority, and that begins with each individual we employ.
- Maintain Detailed, Accurate Records: Document all work performed, materials used, details of preexisting vehicle damage and customer complaints. Accurate recordkeeping is essential to maintaining quality control and is vital to our continued success.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience both removing and installing various types of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and back glass on a variety of vehicle models.
- Valid State-Issued Drives License with a clean driving record required
- Proficiency in managing and working with several types of automotive glass
- Proficiency in both reading and interpretation of technical specifications and installation diagrams
- Strong knowledge of auto tools, equipment, and techniques used in glass repair and replacement.
- Must be able to lift, hold, and carry 50-75 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- The ability to work well in a team setting is essential.
- A moderate degree of physicality is required in this role; applicants must be able to maneuver around vehicles to position yourself safely during installations.
- Able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Willing to work in both hot and cold weather conditions if necessary. This position requires both indoor and outdoor work.
- AGSC certification preferred but not required

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
