Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate delivery vehicles effectively. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle, including box trucks and manual transmission vehicles.
- Load and unload goods efficiently, ensuring all items are secured for transport.
- Navigate assigned routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining signatures when necessary.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a courier role is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely.
- Experience with route driving and knowledge of local areas is beneficial.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
