Position Overview
As Automotive Aftermarket Customer Support at LaunchCTRL1, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers—enthusiasts and project builders who are deeply passionate about Subaru and JDM automotive culture. Your mission is to deliver an exceptional customer experience, answering questions, resolving issues, and supporting our customers as they bring their automotive visions to life. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable support via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product fitment, order status, shipping, returns, and technical details.
- Serve as an expert on LaunchCTRL1’s range of products, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, shipping, operations) to follow up on orders and resolve complex cases.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Contribute to team knowledge bases and FAQs.
- Uphold the culture and community spirit of LaunchCTRL1 and our e-commerce brands in every interaction.
Qualifications
- 2+ Years' previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or automotive sectors.
- Passion for Subaru, JDM, and enthusiast automotive culture preferred.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Zendesk environments a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with Slack instant messaging platforms.
- Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented approach to customer care.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Working knowledge of automotive parts, fitment, and performance upgrades is a plus.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and platforms quickly.
