What You’ll Do
As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your responsibilities include:
- Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism and care.
- Follow-Up: Place at least 100 follow-up calls per shift to ensure customer satisfaction and collect updated information.
- Appointment Setting: Assist internet leads by scheduling test drives and showroom appointments for new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Information Sharing: Listen actively to customer needs and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver high-quality service with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Organization: Handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and team expectations.
- Professional Communication: Accurately relay messages and maintain clear, courteous communication.
- Administrative Support: Assist with additional duties as needed to support smooth daily operations.

Time Off & Holidays
- Paid Time Off (PTO):

3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked
10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or six months related experience and/or training.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work full time hours.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Ability to write reports and correspondence to customers.
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply!
