Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Receive and process all paperwork from the F&I departments.
Ensure all the proper forms are in each and every deal and are 100% accurate.
Prepare tax and title documents
Ensures all the proper registration paperwork is sent out (including cutting checks if necessary).
Prepare all trade-in information.
Handle paperwork for wholesale.
Follow up on all payoffs to ensure a quick return of title.
Overseeing the processing of all dealership state paperwork and submit on time.
Remittance for all aftermarket products from car deals.
Post all car deals into accounting
Job Requirements:
Excellent Follow up skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Experience in dealer accounting preferred
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Previous experience strongly preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
