Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and an eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle leaves our facility looking its best.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Conduct custodial tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning and inspection purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Apply window tinting as needed, following company guidelines and safety protocols.
- Utilize various cleaning products and tools effectively to achieve optimal results in vehicle detailing.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and quality work.
- Experience in custodial work or automotive detailing is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in buffing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Ability to drive vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with window tinting processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of car wash techniques and products used in automotive detailing.
