Key Responsibilities:
- Perform express services and light repairs including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and basic maintenance.
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and identify potential issues.
- Recommend additional services based on inspection findings.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers.
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
- Support other technicians and team members as needed.
- Essential Skills:
- Basic automotive maintenance knowledge and use of tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
