Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in automotive systems, including powertrain and electrical systems, and demonstrate exceptional mechanical expertise. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Duties
- Diagnose complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including powertrain, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and automotive electrical systems.
- Align vehicles accurately to manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively in the repair process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair options.
- Mentor and train junior technicians, sharing knowledge of best practices in automotive service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous education.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mechanic or service technician with a strong background in automotive service.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, powertrain components, and automotive electrical systems.
- Experience working with ADAS technology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive client relationships.
- Proficient in using power tools and diagnostic equipment relevant to the automotive industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in automotive technology or related fields are highly desirable.

Pay: $1,400.00 - $1,700.00 per week
