WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a trusted local team, this customer service position offers $18 to $23/hour, consistent weekday hours, and a supportive environment.
This is an in-office, part-time position totaling 35 hours per week. You'll work Monday through Friday, either from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break each day.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a part-time Automotive Office Assistant - Administrative Assistant, you will begin by welcoming customers and helping them feel at ease, both in person and over the phone. You'll schedule appointments, provide updates on their vehicle's repair process, and answer questions with clarity and professionalism. You'll enter and maintain accurate customer and vehicle data while assisting the Service Advisors with scheduling adjustments, warranty claims, part ordering, and returns. You'll also provide basic quotes and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is all about making real connections, solving problems as they come up, and being a reliable support to the front-of-house operations.

Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
