Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, specializing in auto painting and body repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive painting techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed.
- Apply paint using various techniques, ensuring a smooth and even finish on vehicles.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to achieve desired results.
- Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure it meets company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto painting
- Familiarity with auto buffing techniques is a plus.
- Experience in auto body repair
- Proficient in using hand tools and equipment related to automotive painting and repair.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
