The Valet Attendant / Lot Person performs tasks that are critical to the operation of our dealerships. Having someone to position vehicles and manage the property is essential. Your daily responsibilities:
- Maintains vehicle inventory, physical appearance and mechanical performance by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
- Greeting customers and helping them with introductions to the service or sales department.
- Places buyer guides and stock tags on all vehicles
- Keeps display lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Makes key tags for and handles inventory of vehicles.
- Retrieves and delivers vehicles from property locations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- A positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident and outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic.
- You have strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- You have experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
- You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
