Salary: $45,000 - $136,000/annually
Compensation Structure:
- 30% commission (after pack) up to $4,000 per unit sold
- $500 minimum commission when you attain 10 sales in a given month, retroactive to the first unit sold
- Other spiffs and bonuses are available as dictated by management.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads, engaging with customers who have already expressed interest, and assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle. This role involves both online and in-store customer interactions, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Handle inbound leads from various sources and follow up effectively.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow-Up Communication: Respond to inquiries, provide pricing details, and send additional vehicle photos as needed.
- Promotional Outreach: Send targeted emails to clients on a regular basis to maintain engagement.
- Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate deals and close sales to meet performance goals.
- Lead Tracking: Monitor and track leads to optimize sales efforts and advertising resources.
- Multitasking & Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of performance.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about vehicle models, features, and the latest automotive technology.
- Sales Development: Learn to handle objections and excel in a competitive sales environment.

Time Off & Holidays
Paid Time Off (PTO):

10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
- Effective communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
