Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and establish a rapport to understand their automotive needs.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, including outbound sales strategies, to generate leads and close deals.
- Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring the showroom is well-presented at all times.
- Mazda Certified within 30 days
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, Restaurant server, bartender or automotive sales preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and customer information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- A proactive approach to cold calling and outside sales efforts including social media.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
