Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both customers and technicians will ensure a seamless service experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of service recommendations, including oil changes, tire services, and general vehicle maintenance.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and recommending appropriate repairs.
- Write service orders accurately, transmitting customer requests to the service department efficiently.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow up with customers regarding their service experience and address any concerns or questions.
- Maintain an organized workspace and keep records of customer interactions and service history.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or as a service advisor is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand automotive diagnostics and repair processes.
- Familiarity with service writing and the ability to transmit information clearly to both customers and technicians.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

THE SALARY WAGES/HOURLY AND COMMISSION WILL BE DISCUSSED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW.

Pay: $600.00 - $1,100.00 per week
