We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. You will work closely with service technicians to provide accurate estimates, recommend necessary repairs, and enhance the overall customer experience at our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely service delivery.
- Prepare and present service estimates to customers.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring compliance with dealership standards.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the dealership management system.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Experience in auto service management or as a service technician is preferred.
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and service revenue.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and customer service best practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers in an understandable manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
