Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services, particularly in window tinting and glass installation. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools to ensure high-quality installations that meet customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform window tinting on various vehicle models, ensuring precision and quality.
- Install auto glass and perform repairs as needed, adhering to safety standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance checks related to tinting and glass installation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies on safety and cleanliness.
- Assist in detailing vehicles post-installation to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in assembly tasks related to window tinting equipment as required.
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in window tinting techniques and auto glass installation.
- Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during installations.
- Experience in auto body repair is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of auto estimating processes is an advantage.
